1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of Senmari LLC ("Senmari", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and partners who access or use our platform.

2. Description of Services

Senmari provides high-availability inbound call routing and lead generation infrastructure for local service contractors. We route live, inbound customer calls from specific geographic territories directly to our exclusive partner contractors. We do not perform the physical services ourselves and are not a party to any agreement or transaction between the end-customer and the contractor.

3. Exclusive Partnerships & Applications

We award strictly one exclusive partnership per trade and territory. Applying for exclusivity through our contact form does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Fulfilling the feasibility check is a manual process, and terms, capacities, and pricing are negotiated individually via telephone.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SENMARI LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
  • ANY TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT INTERRUPTION, DELAY, OR FAILURE OF OUR CALL ROUTING INFRASTRUCTURE;
  • ANY DISPUTES, CLAIMS, OR DAMAGES ARISING BETWEEN OUR PARTNER CONTRACTORS AND THEIR END-CUSTOMERS.

5. TCPA & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and submitting an application on our website, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails from Senmari LLC, including automated systems, artificial or pre-recorded voices, or automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS), for the purpose of verifying your application, discussing partnership terms, and managing your account.

You acknowledge that telephone calls routed through our infrastructure may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, lead tracking, and dispute resolution. By using our services or calling any phone numbers provided on our platform, you consent to such recording and monitoring.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out of text communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message received.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, logos, and proprietary technology on this website are and will remain the exclusive property of Senmari LLC and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our website or call routing systems without our prior written consent.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
